I do first come first serve, skipping the line will be charged +50% of the original price

I only accept rush deadline as long as it's still a minimum of one week (no extra fee)

Please have references ready that includes important features of your character (NO AI IMAGES)

I have the right to deny order that seems out of my ability

I'll receive 50% of the payment upfront and the remaining 50% after you're satisfied with the sketch

I'll only start working once I have received the first half of the payment

If you can't pay the remaining half within a week I'll cancel the commission

Please do not pay me full in advance without notifying me

I only draw a maximum of 2 characters in one illustration

Please do not send AI images as references to me, if it's intentional I'll cancel the commission

Each commission can take anywhere from 1 weeks to 1 months to be finished, only chibi is 3-4 days each

I'll send progress updates so that you can provide feedback with what you would like to change as soon as possible

You can modify your commission anytime when I'm still sketching

After sketch, there will be only 3 free times you can ask for minor changes, after that modifications will cost additional fee

After coloring, only minor modifications can be done

Your finished artwork will be send via email or Google drive

I own all rights to the artwork and may post it on social media as commission sample with credit to you so please tell me in advance if you want the commission to be private

Please credit me when posting the artwork on any platform as Ducclings

DO NOT sell nor exchange the artwork in any form without my permission

I don't charge additional fee for private commission

As for commercial purpose, there will be copyright fee:

I DO NOT accept commission for NFT under ANY circumstances

I won't refund if you didn't pay the remaining 50%

There will be full refund if I decided to cancel the commission
